The terms for using Systune, joining the waitlist and taking part in optional sharing.

Using Systune

These terms apply to the Systune website, waitlist, license service and software we provide, unless a specific download or purchase includes additional terms. By joining the waitlist, connecting X or using the software, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter this agreement and meet the age and account requirements of any connected service. If you act for an organization, you must have its authority.

Use an email address and accounts you control. Keep private waitlist links, license codes and access credentials private. Tell us if someone else gains access. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to request deletion.

The early-access waitlist

Joining is free and does not buy software or authorize a charge. We plan to send one email when the beta opens and one when Systune ships. You can leave by contacting us or replying to either email. A waitlist entry does not guarantee a launch date, a particular feature or an invitation on a particular day.

The first 100 unique signup positions reserve a free lifetime Systune license, including every future version and activation on up to three Macs. Codes are reserved privately and remain on hold until released. Joining again with the same address keeps the original position. Deleted positions are not recycled. Deleting your entry removes its reservation and revokes its code; contact us before deleting if you need help preserving a license.

The original signup position determines this lifetime giveaway. Early-access rank is separate, may change, and does not move an existing lifetime-license reservation to someone else. Any future paid offer will show its price and purchase terms before you pay.

Optional sharing on X

When the challenge is available, you can connect an X account you control and submit one qualifying public post for earlier access. Sharing is optional. Verified sharers are ranked ahead of entries without an active verified post; original signup order breaks ties. One person and one X account may receive one boost. Additional posts do not stack boosts.

A qualifying post must come from your connected public account, contain your personal Systune share link and the supplied priority disclosure, including #ad, and remain public and published. The post must be your own genuine message. Do not use multiple accounts, misleading endorsements, bulk posts or spam to enter. Follow X's terms and applicable promotion rules.

Connecting your account alone does not publish anything. Before Systune publishes, you review the complete post and explicitly confirm it. You keep ownership of your words; you authorize us to publish only the post you confirm and to read your account identity and post as needed to verify the challenge. You may also submit a link to an existing qualifying post for verification.

We verify the actual post before awarding priority and schedule daily checks. Deletion, a private account, an ineligible edit or disconnection removes the boost. Provider outages can delay checks; priority pauses after 48 hours without successful verification and can resume after a successful check. Checks cannot detect every change between visits. You can delete your post or revoke access at any time, accepting the resulting loss of priority. Your original signup and any existing lifetime reservation remain unchanged.

There is no cash payment or reward for extra posts. Rank does not guarantee an invitation date. We may pause the challenge to address abuse, provider restrictions or technical failures. X does not sponsor, endorse or administer this challenge. X operates separately under its own Privacy Policy.

Software and beta use

We grant you permission to use copies of Systune we lawfully provide, subject to the accompanying license and any stated device allowance. We retain our rights in the software, design and branding. You retain your own files and data. Do not redistribute license codes, bypass license or security controls, or use Systune on a device you do not own or have permission to manage. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law gives you.

Beta software may contain errors and change before release. Disk cleanup, maintenance and settings changes can affect files and system behavior. Keep current backups, review the proposed changes and risk information, and confirm only actions you understand. Some operations cannot be undone. We do not promise a specific amount of recovered space or a particular performance result.

Acceptable use and service changes

Do not attack the service, evade rate limits, access another person's entry, submit false proof, impersonate others or use the service unlawfully. We may correct inaccurate ranks, remove fraudulent entries, suspend abusive access, or interrupt service for maintenance and security. Contact us if you believe a decision is mistaken. Service availability depends in part on hosting providers and connected platforms.

We may update these terms for future use and will publish the effective date here. Material changes will be identified on the site or communicated through an available service contact. Changes to sharing rules do not retroactively take away an existing lifetime reservation merely because you stop sharing.

Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website, waitlist and beta software are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee third-party services or content. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of these services.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or overrides warranties or remedies that apply to a paid purchase. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
